Posted on 05/01/2016

Dear Parents/Guardians:

We are happy to announce the CTMS Move-Up dance for students in grades 6 & 7 attending Clinton Township Middle School, Round Valley School, and Lebanon Borough School, on May 13, 2016 @ 7:00-9:00PM.  We would like to thank the PTA, the CTMS staff, RVS staff and the Lebanon Borough staff for their support to provide an enjoyable evening with friends. Please review the dance guidelines with your child and return the permission slip below to your school principal by May 6th.

The dance starts at 7:00PM. Pick-up time is 9:00PM.  Parents must enter the school to collect students at the end of the dance.  Students will only be released to the adult taking them home.
No student will be allowed to walk home.
Admission is $5.00, payable at the door.
School dress code applies to dances.  Spaghetti straps or strapless dresses are not permitted.
A signed permission slip must be on file to enter.  Students without a signed permission slip will not be allowed to enter the dance.  Parents may complete a permission slip at the door.
The gymnasium will be open for basketball, and the music room will be open for karaoke during the dance.
Cell phones and cameras are not permitted to be used during the dance.  Students may have cell phones on their person, but they must be switched off and out of sight.  Students seen using a phone or camera and not following school expectations will be given a warning.  If a second offense occurs, students will have to leave the phone in the main office, with the principal, to be collected at the end of the night.
Please watch for any details on the website and on the morning announcements.

Please review the dance guidelines and return the permission slip to your school principal by May 8.

We are looking forward to an enjoyable evening.  If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me, Mrs. Sue High at Round Valley School, or Dr. Sutter at Lebanon Borough School.
